Instead, you will pay an additional £90 per month (so a total of £615 pcm) and
every month we will add £165 towards your deposit

So…
- at the end of year one you will have a deposit of £4,980 (£3,000 + 12 x £165);
- at the end of year two you will have a deposit of £6,960 (£4,980 + 12 x £165); and
- at the end of year three you will have a deposit of £8,940 (£6,960 + 12 x £165).

A deposit of £8,940 means you will have saved a deposit of just over 10% and owe just £79,060 for the property.
